Base Price: $4,500
Within 50 miles. Includes moving permits, delivery, blocking, level, tie-down to state codes.

In addition to labor, some of these items require additional equipment, vehicles, and crew members.
Required to maneuver in or out of tight spaces that are too difficult for a semi truck.
One location: $1,000
Both locations: $1,500
Used to slide the home without connected a truck or machine to the hitch. Can also be used to lift the home over spaces or objects

In order to move, your home must have axles with good wheels and tires on them underneath. If needed, we can provide this equipment for the move.
Singlewide: $750
Doublewide: $1,500
This is what connects your home to the truck or equipment that pulls it. In some cases these are bolted in. In other cases they must be welded on and then removed at the destination.
Price Varies: $500 to $2,000
Vinyl double-wide homes are seamlessly connected at the ends with vinyl siding. This must be carefully removed by hand prior to moving and put back on piece by piece at the destination.
Doublewide $1,200
When necessary we can remove your skirting to enable delivery. The skirting will be be able to be reused.

Home removal and demolition must be inspected and quoted.
