We will obtain your moving permit to get the home on the road. Any building permits or special permits required are customer responsibility.

For Oklahoma customers before a moving permit will be issued a 936 form must be obtained by your county. This form confirms that all taxes are paid on the home. It is absolutely required before moving any home in Oklahoma. This doesn't exist in Texas so it's nothing for those customers to worry about. 

Rain is the enemy for mobile home deliveries. And unfortunately 1 day of rain doesn't push the entire schedule back 1 day. Some properties take several days or even weeks to dry enough to be rescheduled. We do our best. You need a place to live and we need to earn a living!
